(ITA) ANNULLAMENTO E RESPONSABILITÀ PER LE ESCURSIONI “GRAND TOUR”

In caso di annullamento notificato più di 24 ore prima della partenza, sarà effettuato un rimborso totale del prezzo. Se l’annullamento viene comunicato entro le 24 ore dalla partenza non verrà effettuato nessun rimborso ai clienti. Nessun rimborso sarà corrisposto se il cliente non si presenta in tempo per effettuare l’escursione e se questi decide di interrompere l’escursione in corso. La Società si riserva il diritto di modificare l’itinerario ove ritenuto necessario. La Società rimborserà i clienti nel caso in cui un’escursione non possa aver luogo in seguito a cause di forza maggiore o ad un insufficiente numero di partecipanti. La Società non corrisponderà comunque alcun rimborso se l’escursione, una volta iniziata, non può essere portata completamente a termine a seguito di cause di forza maggiore o di avverse condizioni meteorologiche ed effettuando, ove possibile, un itinerario alternativo. I passeggeri che non si presenteranno al punto di ritrovo del gruppo dell’escursione, dovranno sostenere le spese di trasporto per proprio conto, in quanto l’accompagnatore, dopo un tempo di attesa concordato, dovrà necessariamente riportare il gruppo al punto d’origine. La Società non può essere inoltre considerata responsabile per eventuali incidenti o danni che potrebbero essere causati dall’attività esplosiva del vulcano.

(ENG) CANCELLATION AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR “GRAND TOUR” EXCURSIONS

In the event of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to departure a total refund will be made. If the cancellation is notified less than 24 hours prior to departure no refund of any kind will be payable. No refund will be made to customers failing to arrive in time to participate in the excursion, or who choose to abandon an excursion in progress. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary where deemed necessary. The company will refund customers in full should an excursion not take place due to force majeure (floods, land-slides, strikes, etc.) or insufficient number of participants. The company will not be liable for any refund should an excursion that has commenced cannot be concluded due to force majeure or bad weather, but will where possible follow an alternative itinerary. If a passenger does not arrive at the meeting place for the return trip on time, the Saistours tour leader and the group will wait for a reasonable period. If the customer does not arrive, he or she will be responsible for any expenses incurred upon returning. The company cannot be held responsible for any accident or damage caused by seismic activity of the volcano.
